Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp. Check status in “My Orders” after login. Updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect

1. What is INMOST’s return & exchange policy?
(For Nipple Covers & Adhesive item)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, INMOST follows a strict non-resale policy on intimate products.

In case of a major issue (damage, defect, or wrong item), we offer a refund/replacement, subject to the following condition: To ensure safety and maintain hygiene standards:

  • Customers are required to cut the product (nipple covers or adhesive bra)
  • This ensures the product cannot be reused or resold
  • After cutting, customers must share clear photo/video proof

Please do not destroy the product before receiving confirmation from our customer care team. Unauthorized destruction will not be eligible for a refund.
Once our team approves your request, simply cut the product in half using a scissors.

Important note: (Boob Tape,
Shape-wear & Tummy Controllers, Lingerie and items that come in direct contact with intimate areas) Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How do I return or exchange an item?

  1. Log in to your account → Go to “My Orders”.
  2. Select the order and item → Choose “Return” or “Exchange”.
  3. Fill in the reason and upload photos (required for approval).
  4. Submit the request — our team reviews it within 24–48 hours.
  5. If approved, we’ll send a return label/pickup details (free pickup in most cities) or drop-off instructions.

3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel before the order is shipped/processed.

  • Go to “My Orders” → Select “Cancel Order” (if the button is visible).
  • If the option isn’t available, email support@inmost.in immediately with your order number.
    Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible — you can return it after delivery (subject to policy above).

4. When and how will I receive my refund?

  • After we receive the returned item at our warehouse (New Delhi), we inspect it (usually 2–4 business days).
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from inspection completion.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or store credit (your choice).
  • You’ll get a confirmation email/SMS once processed.

5. Are sale/discount items returnable or exchangeable?
Sale, clearance, or discounted items are final sale — no returns or exchanges (unless the product is defective/damaged/wrong on arrival). Regular-priced items follow the standard 7-day policy.

6. What happens if I receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item?
Report within 5 days of delivery:

  • Email support@inmost.in with order number + clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  • We’ll arrange free pickup/replacement or full refund (your choice).
    Hygiene products are eligible for replacement/refund only in these cases.

7. Is return shipping free?

  • Yes — free return pickup in most major cities (we arrange it).
  • For drop-off or non-covered areas: You may need to ship it back (we reimburse shipping cost on approval for valid returns).
  • Always use the provided label/instructions to avoid extra charges.

8. How long does a return/refund take in total?

  • Return request approval: 1–2 days
  • Pickup/shipping back to us: 3–7 days (depending on location)
  • Inspection & processing: 2–4 days
  • Refund credited: 5–7 days after inspection
    Total: Usually 10–20 days from return initiation.

9. Can I get store credit instead of a refund?
Yes! During the return process, choose “Store Credit” — you’ll get the full amount as credit to use on future orders (no expiry, great for repeat shopping).

10. Any other important points I should know?

  • Do not remove tags or wash items before returning (makes it ineligible).
  • COD returns: If you refuse delivery or return, a small processing/shipping fee may be deducted from refund.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet policy conditions after inspection.
