1. Returns & Eligibility

Due to the intimate nature of our products, items such as nipple covers, adhesive products, shapewear, and lingerie are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered. However, in the rare case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we ensure a fair and prompt resolution.

2. Reporting an Issue

If your order is not in perfect condition, please inform us within 5 days of delivery by sharing your order details along with clear images. Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.

3. Return Process & Shipping

We offer complimentary return pickup in most major cities. In locations where pickup is not available, you may be required to arrange self-shipping, with costs reimbursed upon approval. All returned items are carefully reviewed, and where applicable, handled by our dedicated quality team to ensure safe and responsible disposal in line with hygiene standards.

4. Refunds

Once approved after inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.

5. Timelines

The complete process typically spans 10–20 days, including request review, return transit, inspection, and refund processing.

6. Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of genuine product concerns.

7. Store Credit Option

You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, offering flexibility for future purchases.

8. Important Guidelines

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined after inspection. In certain cases involving Cash on Delivery orders, a nominal processing or logistics fee may apply.
