Welcome to INMOST. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products, including the Angel Wings Bra and our adhesive solution wear collection. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. PRODUCT ACCURACY & HYGIENE

  • Intimate Wear: Due to the nature of our products (bras, nipple covers, and adhesives), hygiene is our top priority.

  • Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or colors are 100% error-free.

3. MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO POLICY

To protect both the customer and the brand, INMOST enforces a strict unboxing video policy:

  • Requirement: Customers must record a single, continuous video while opening the package for the first time.

  • Visibility: The video must clearly show the shipping label, the sealed state of the box, and the actual extraction of the products.

  • Purpose: This video serves as the only acceptable proof for claims regarding physical damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

  • Consequence: If a clear, unboxing video is not provided, INMOST reserves the right to reject any request for an exchange.

4. NO-REFUND POLICY

  • Final Sale: All purchases made on our website are final.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

  • Exchanges Only: We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or incorrect, provided the mandatory unboxing video is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

5. CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped from our facility in Okhla, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

  • Payments must be made in full through our secure payment gateways before the order is dispatched.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • While we aim for delivery within 3-5 business days, INMOST is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • If a delivery is attempted 3 times and fails, the order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
