Return & Exchange

At INMOST, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards for our solution wear. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment:
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
    To cancel, email us at support@inmost.in immediately.

  • After Shipment:
    Once the order has been processed and handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refused Delivery:
    If you refuse to accept the delivery, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling charges from any store credit or future arrangements.


2. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • Due to the intimate nature of our products (such as Angel Wings Bras, nipple covers, and adhesive tapes), we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide before placing your order.


3. Returns Policy – Eligible Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Silicone nipple covers

  • Boob tape

  • Adhesive bras and tapes

  • Any intimate wear that comes in direct contact with skin

Important Conditions:

  • Products cannot be returned once they are:

    • Opened

    • Used

    • Cut or altered

    • Removed from original packaging

  • These items cannot be resold to another customer after use, which is why we enforce this strict policy.

  • If the packaging is opened, damaged, or tampered with, we cannot process any return or refund.


4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in rare cases, such as:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive a wrong item

  • Items are missing from your order

Mandatory Requirement – Unboxing Video

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must record a continuous unboxing video

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The shipping label

    • The sealed package being opened

    • The issue (damage/missing/wrong item)

⚠️ No video = No exchange (strictly enforced)


5. Reporting Time

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share:

    • Unboxing video

    • Order number

  • Email: support@inmost.in


6. Product Condition for Exchange

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed

  • Must be in original packaging

  • All tags must be intact


7. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance

  • Orders placed using discount codes

  • Any opened or used hygiene products


8. Exchange Process

  1. Email your order number + unboxing video to support@inmost.in

  2. Our Quality Check (QC) team will review your request

  3. Once approved:

    • Pickup will be arranged

  4. After inspection at our facility:

    • A replacement of the same product will be dispatched
